We communicated via phone and email. The experience with Yolanda felt like we were in the same location. We left California and had to stay in a hotel for 5 weeks at no fault of Yolanda's. We were working with 2 lenders and were having a difficult time getting a loan. Through that process, Yolanda was able to work with the selling agent and get us 2 extensions. When we were ready to give up because the 2 lending companies were giving us the run around, Yolanda recommended a different lender and that lender was able to qualify us and get us a loan in 2 weeks! What can I say about Yolanda Sanchez she help us to accomplish our goal to get our first house. Since the first day we meet her to our closing date she was on top it.
